Kaffir lime plant is a plant that is often used by the community as a traditional medicinal herb. The development of the use of traditional medicine among the community encourages research related to the prediction of pharmacokinetic and toxicity profiles that have not been done much. Collection of compound data using KNApSAcK. Collection of smile codes with PubChem. Selection of drug similarity is done on SwissADME. ADME and toxicity data collection using ADMETlab 3.0. The results showed that only 36% of the compounds passed the drug similarity test. ADME analysis shows that kaffir lime plant compounds have good absorption, are bound to plasma binding proteins, are cytochrome substrates, and have moderate excretion values, this can be influenced by physicochemical properties and the presence of certain functional groups in kaffir lime plant compounds. The best predicted drug candidate is the compound citronellyl formate.
